Physiotherapy Direct Service

Patients are now able to speak to the Physiotherapy service if they have something such as a sprain, injury, arthritis or back pain which you believe may be helped by physiotherapy.  This is for patients aged 16 and over.

Please call 0300 300 0046 Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00

You will be registered and then a physiotherapist will ring you within 2 working days to discuss your condition and the best way to manage it.

Please note:

If you have back or neck pain and are experiencing altered sensation in your bladder or bowels, or pins or needles in both arms and legs, we would advise you to seek immediate medical advice first.

This service is not suitable for individuals experiecing neurological problems (ie stroke/Parkinson’s), breathing problems, continence or children and young people under 16.
