At Ibstock & Barlestone surgeries, we believe that continuous improvement is key to providing excellent service and fostering a positive environment. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us to achieve this goal.

In June we received 83 Friends & Family Test Results back from patients. 

The responses are as follows:

Very Good = 57 (68%)

Good = 19 (23%)

Neither good nor poor  = 4 (5%)

Don’t Know = 0 ( 0%)

Poor = 2 (2.4%)

Very poor =  1 (1.2%)

How likely would you recommend your GP practice to your friends and family? 

Very likely = 55 (66%)

Somewhat likely = 18 (21%)

Neither likely or unlikely = 8 (9%)

Somewhat unlikely = 0  (0%)

Very unlikely = 2 (2.4%)
