Welcome to our practice website. There’s lots of useful information on this site about our practice and your health. If you’re new to the area we would love to have you as one of our patients. Please see the ‘New Patients’ part of this site for details.
We are a training practice and so we regularly have fully qualified doctors who are now training to become GPs working with us. We also regularly participate in research studies to help improve medicine for everybody.
If you have a disability, impairment or sensory loss please let any of our clinicians or staff know. We will then arrange to communicate with you in a way that suits you best. We will also add a note to your patient record so we are aware of this for the future.
Due to our building work we have a very reduced number of consulting rooms available over the next few weeks. This means some clinicians are having to share rooms which may involve a small wait for patients (and some clinicians). We are working to minimise this as much as we can but please bear with us while this is going on, it’s frustrating for everyone but will be worth it when our refurbishment is finished.
thank you
Unfortunately our staff have experienced some very aggressive behaviour recently from a very small minority of the public. This is absolutely unacceptable and so we will be strictly enforcing our zero tolerance policy going forward. We thank the vast majority of our patients for the kindness and patience with which they treat our staff. It is very much appreciated in these difficult times.
Why not save time and try our new online service. You can input your symptoms online and will receive a response from the Practice admin team – within 3 working days- who will help navigate you to the appropriate clinician. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT TO BE USED FOR SAME DAY MEDICAL PROBLEMS OR EMERGENCIES.
You can also use the system to request test results, sick notes, referral letters, medical reports and help from the admin team.
You will also have access to reliable and trustworthy self-help information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week that may help you to avoid an appointment altogether.
PLEASE NOTE, THIS SERVICE IS NOT TO BE USED FOR EMERGENCIES OR ON THE DAY MEDICAL PROBLEMS.
Please see below the minutes from our last Patient Participation Group (PPG) Meeting!

The impact of service isn’t always obvious, but through becoming Veteran Friendly accredited, our team is specially trained to support our Veteran patients and help them to access the specialists services they need.

One in every hundred people are on the autism spectrum – https://www.autism.org.uk/advice-and-guidance/what-is-autism
Research will allow us to learn more about autism, which may lead to better care and an increased understanding of autism.
We are keen to share research opportunities with those who are interested in taking part in research related to autism. To help with this we are building a research register. The register will hold the names of people interested in taking part in research related to autism.
